It was time for a new bike, checked the area dealership websites for what was in stock in a 150 radius of my place and the bike I wanted was at Mann's. They had a similar used bike but for the money the best bet was the new. Good sales team in and out in about an hour.

The staff at Manns was very patient over the past two years as I was just a tire kicker. Finally pulled the trigger and got into the H-D brand by purchasing a Pan America 1250S. Good purchase experience.

My gal and I were out for a ride and had an issue with my bike. I had just replaced my rear suspension so it was a big test ride. I hit a nasty pothole and due to my own fault, my left rear shock began to come off making left turns and curves nearly impossible. I limped it into Mann's and arrived less than 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday... Chris (service manager) and Steve (service tech) got my bike on the stand, got my shock situation fixed and got me and my lady safely back on the road. Can't thank Chris and Steve enough. I live almost an hour away, and there are several dealerships closer I could go to for service, etc. but with actions like that I'll make that ride every time. See y'all in a bit for that new rear tire that I need.

Parts staff always fast and accurate. Clint helped me solve a bluetooth issue and a great selection of HD clothing. Girls at the main counter are always helpful and friendly. Good to have a local shop like Manns

My man bought a nice Harley I bought a beautiful ring and it turned really dull but they gladly replaced it. Great people Great service.
